The story
Momo believes in ghosts but not aliens; Okarun, her awkward classmate, believes in aliens but not ghosts. To prove each other wrong, they each visit a haunted spot – and each gets exactly what they asked for. Soon they are dealing with abductions, curses and a spirit that has run off with something very personal.
Why watch it
Science SARU animates it at full volume: chases, sudden tonal swerves, and fights that stay readable. Under the noise there is a sweet and surprisingly sad story about loneliness.
